He drew on his experience and knowledge to lead a discussion on development of autonomous electric vehicles and point to the implication of new forms of transport for city planners. Lyndsay Neilson is a very experienced senior government leader, and a specialist in strategic thinking, planning and management. He has led government departments in Australia, headed a high-level multi-lateral committee in Europe and has been an active consultant within Australia and overseas. He has also had extensive academic engagement and experience in the urban planning and management field.
