Andrew Giles MP
Andrew Giles has been the Member for Scullin since 2013. He holds he position of Deputy Chair of the Joint Standing Committee on Electoral Matters. Andrew has contributed actively to a number of parliamentary committees.
Professor Joo-Cheong Tham
Joo-Cheong Tham is a Professor at Melbourne Law School. He is one of Australia’s leading experts on political funding and has published widely on the topic. He has advised several Australian parliaments and given evidence to parliamentary inquiries into labour migration, terrorism laws and political finance laws.
